If you answered “YES!” then please help us bring even more fun and learning to the STEM Camp experience by referring a bright individual in your social circle (or your family!) to work at STEM Camp. You’ll be helping to connect our campers (kids aged 5-13) to vibrant and trustworthy staff members. Together, they will build memories (and job experience) that will serve them for a lifetime.
And as a thank you for each successful referral, you’ll earn a $300 referral bonus!
Terms and Conditions: Both you and the referred individual must be hired and successfully complete your respective summer camp employment contracts for you to qualify for the referral bonus.
Jerry is a science major at the University of Western and is excited to return to STEM Camp as a Camp Counsellor again this year. In talking to Silvia, one of his classmates from school, he realizes that she would make a phenomenal counsellor too. So, he fills in the referral form with her contact info.
Silvia receives an email from STEM Camp, advising her of Jerry’s referral. She applies, crushes her interview and is hired on as a Counsellor, where she continues to do a great job.
Silvia and Jerry both complete their summer contracts with STEM Camp.

The referral program is dependent on both you and the person you referred completing your full contracts, and since STEM Camp runs throughout the summer (ending in August), we need to wait until the STEM Camp season is over before we can tally the number of successful referrals and perform outreach to advise you of your referral bonus(es).

Nope! While the majority of our staff members tend to be individuals who are in the early stages of their careers, we are always on the lookout for trustworthy individuals who are passionate about teaching, youth, and STEM subjects.
While an interest and background in STEM can certainly set an applicant apart, equally important is their passion for safety, teaching, and creating an amazing experience for our campers, parents and staff members alike.
YES! As long as the terms of the referral program are met (i.e. both you and the individual(s) you referred are successfully hired and complete your employment contract), you will earn $300 for each successful referral.
